After twelve years as a worship pastor, Jesse worked in the corporate B2B space as vice president of marketing for multiple west-coast agencies, Jesse is now using his unique blend of ministry and business experience to help churches grow. He has a passion for building ministry strategy, creating innovative processes, and pioneering practical solutions, making it easier for faith communities to thrive both spiritually and in their outreach efforts. Jesse currently resides in the Phoenix area with his wife and daughter while serving as Cornerstone Church's Executive Communications Pastor.

For over 25 years Jay has pursued the calling on his life to worship God & mentor others in music ministry in California, Texas, Michigan and Poland. Jay had the opportunity to serve under Paul Baloche and was mentored in worship leading,the Nashville Number System, and music theory. Jay is skilled at all the most innovative tools, solutions and hardware regarding worship audio, and visual. He is passionate about helping churches take their worship production to the next level. Jay and his wife Rachael currently live in Celina, TX with their three little Texans where Jay serves as a Worship, Tech & Video Director at Crosspoint Church.
